The Design And Implementation Of A Loan And Financing Contract Management System Based On J2EE

With the development of society and economy, the enterprise's information management has gradually become the main direction of enterprise management. Enterprise contract management is an important part of enterprise management. Nowadays enterprise contract management has been moving from the manual operations to the informatization ones. And this informatization of enterprise contract management for the enterprise can reduce costs and save time. This makes a very important significance.Based on the corporation requirements of the Loan and Financing contract management, and by using the analysis on the labor Loan and Financing contract management process and system process of the contract management subsystem for some enterprise informatization works, this paper goes through a requirement-analysis and design. Due to some limitations of in the management of manual Loan and Financing contract management, such as the whole management process need manual operation and control, a number of unexpected events cannot be handled in a timely manner, along with the wasting on manpower and material resources. In view of these factors, we develop a fully electronic and informatization system for the Loan and Financing contract management. This system is divided into two subsystems: customer management and contract management, to both realize the electronic and informatization management goals for customers and contracts, and save the resource of human labor and maintenance cost.The system is based on the B / S(browser / server) architecture, with background database using My SQL database, and the front page design using JSP technology. Also, SSH framework is used to realize the entire framework, so the coupling among all subsystems and modules can be reduced. In the enterprise customer management subsystem, modules for adding and removing customer information are implemented. And in the contract management subsystem, modules for adding and managing loan / financial contracts are also implemented. The compatibility, scalability and some functions of the system are tested and presented in the following sequence. In the conclusion the paper sums up that the informatization of contract management system can effectively save the resources in all aspects in the enterprise, and increase the job efficiency and morale among employees, while above all of these, to a certain extent, increase the economic benefit of the company. With all these benefits it shows great important significance.
