With the development of economy and the improvement of the living standard of the family, the family is more and more concerned with the education of the children. Under China's current education system, each stage of the entrance examination has attracted wide attention from the society. Senior high school entrance examination, as the final exam of Nine years of compulsory education, it determines the high school candidates will attendance and educational resources enjoyed by candidates. After the end of the senior high school entrance examination, students and parents are faced with the problem of application of senior high school entrance examination. How to help students and parents to analyze and auxiliary candidates parents makes the final decision, is a very important and urgent needs of the task.The development and popularization of computer applications and information technology not only changed people's production and life style, but also change people's thinking habits. More and more people are accustomed to using computers to analyze and make decisions. The exploitation of Aided-analysis System for Harbin Secondary School Entrance Examination Form-filling can be combined with local admissions rules are given with reference to the results on the basis of data analysis, helping students and parents make decisions with higher reliability, increasing the possibility of candidates to be admitted favorite school.In this paper, starting from the demand to explore and research, based in Harbin examination application of senior high school entrance examination rules, with the theory of software engineering and information technology standard model to achieve a complete software system.This paper firstly introduces the research background, and analyzes the key technology of the system, as well as the core framework and functional model. Obtaining user type, system functional requirements and performance requirements by means of requirements analysis. With the UML activity diagram and timing diagram for detailed analysis and design of the system function modules, using Mysql as a database system for storing and managing data. And system uses the B/S architecture model, using PHP technology to complete the development of the server side while the front page is the integrated use of Html, Java Script, Css,and Ajax technology for simultaneous data transfer. Based on this, the design and development of the Aided-analysis System for Harbin Secondary School Entrance Examination Form-filling is completed.The users of this system are divided into two categories: candidates or parents, as well as administrators. Function is divided into individual, examination analysis of the whole city, simulation application analysis, quota allocation analysis, background data management. The main operation is to add and query, modify user data. According to the user input data, and bulk import data and combined with the history of admission, giving the analysis result of each functionThe development of the system is based on Web and Human–Machine Interaction The interface is simple, easy to operate, features a clear. Navigation bar using the drop-down menu style, both simple and beautiful and can be added at any time according to the needs of new projects and functions, beneficial to system expansion and promotion. The research of this paper improves the rationality of the candidates and parents in Harbin city when they fill application..
