Abstract/Summary:
Ethernet link aggregation technology is increasingly unable to meet the requirements of the Internet for transmission link bandwidth and reliability.Improving the bandwidth and reliability of the transmission link by adopting distributed aggregation links,which is two physical devices together to form a virtual logic device through DRNI(Distributed Resilient Network Interconnect)protocal.From the downstream devices point of view,two physical devices as a logical device,so that the bandwidth of the link is equivalent to the sum of the bandwidth of two physical devices to achieve the link bandwidth growth.At the same time,two physical devices will perform redundant backup each other to solve the problem of eliminating single point of failure of the devices,thus improving the reliability of the transmission link.Therefore,distributed link aggregation has the significance of research to improve the transmission of Internet data service.Combined with DRNI protocol,this paper based on the distributed aggregation system role assignment and role switching algorithm,the main work is as follows:(1)The LACP(Link Aggregation Control Protocol)protocol for Ethernet link aggregation was studied firstly.On this basis,the distributed link aggregation DRNI protocol and the distributed control protocol DRCP were studied deeply.(2)According to the analysis of DRNI protocol and distributed link aggregation system,the overall design of DR role assignment and role switching algorithm in distributed link aggregation system was proposed,and design the detailed scheme and gave the DR device role selection algorithm by using top-down,layer-by-layer decomposition method.At the same time,a detailed design of DR role switch state machine was also proposed.(3)According to the design scheme,this paper analyzed the concrete realization method and the realization process of the role assignment and role switching of distributed aggregation system.The function of DR role assignment and role switching based on distributed link aggregation was realized by using the programming language.(4)Finally,this paper presented the test idea,method and test network environment,which is based on the role of distributed DR and the role switching.The function of the implementation was tested systematically.Through the analysis of the test results showed that the realization of the function could achieve the desired goal.Distributed link aggregation system DR role could be conversed correctly and stably.
