| With the rapid development of Internet,the continuous improvement of network applications and the constantly expand scope of application,urban construction also ushered in the wisdom of this new model of urban development.Network equipment scattered in every corner of the city,which has brought great convenient to people’s lives,but as its quantity increases also brought greater and greater pressure to the network management.Since the network has been produced,the network management system has been iterated over several versions.So that each generation of network management system introduced by the network provider adapts to the demand at the same time.With the advancement of the intelligent city process,it urgently needs to develop a set of network performance Monitoring and traffic forecasting system,in line with the practical needs of the construction of smart city for the wisdom of the city network construction to provide theoretical support to promote the construction of the wisdom of the city continue to move forward.This paper presents and implements a simulation study of network performance monitoring and network traffic prediction for smart city based on the work requirements of network performance monitoring and network traffic prediction for intelligent city construction.The implementation of network performance monitoring system in this paper,using SNMP and IPMI protocols for its data acquisition module,processing its collected data,just to facilitate the front page generation alarm.Network administrators can configure network data acquisition in the front page of the configuration strategy.And this paper puts forward a format-oriented storage model for network data acquisition for smart city.The architecture of the network performance monitoring model,the functions of each module and the web form as the advantages of the monitoring system are described in detail in it.This paper focuses on the simulation and prediction of network traffic,a detailed understanding of the basic principle of genetic algorithm and RBF neural network,to improve the overall performance of the RBF neural network method using improved genetic algorithm,to establish a network traffic prediction model.The factors that affect the network traffic are the inputs of the model,and the network traffic is the output of the model.Network performance monitoring and traffic prediction system designed in this paper for the smart city,after the acquisition and verification of performance monitoring system database flow in historical data network,can achieve the desired effect.Finally,the research results can be used as a network operator to provide a visual network performance monitoring and network traffic prediction model for intelligent urban construction for the network management to provide a theoretical basis. |
