| With the advent of the large data era and accelerating process of the economic globalization,the competition among enterprises is increasing continuously.Suppl y chains also face the constant increasing competition.Service supply chain is a ne w type of supply chain,which provides services of professional function based on service integrator under the information environment.With the globalization of ser vice,the market competition among service supply chains is becoming more and m ore serious.So that it is very important for the service supply chains to primely pre dict and manage their service risk.The using of big data and data mining technolog y has become an important means for service supply chains to control risk and to maintain the core competitiveness in the increasingly competitive market.Howeve r,due to the complexity and uncertainty of the whole service supply chain,they ten d to be passive and vulnerable when facing the risks.And this makes the research o f supply chain risks more and more important for them.Compared with developed countries,research in our country on service supply chain risk is more less and still in the initial stage,which makes the Chinese enterprises at a disadvantage in the pr ocess of globalization.Therefore,to greatly improve and develop Chinese enterpris es,more researches must be done on service supply chain risk.This paper does so me researches on service supply chain risk prediction by using association rules alg orithm in data mining.Some relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put for ward too.Hope the working achievements in this paper can help to enrich the corre sponding researches in China and promote the globalization of Chinese enterprises.This paper first discusses the basic researches on the existing service supply c hain risk and data mining,and then summarizes the six types of service supply chai n risk respectively,including information risk,logistic risk,management risk,dem and risk,credit risk,and environmental risk.This paper also analyzes the causes of the risk with their induced event and summarizes the relationship between risk types and risk events.The event data in the service supply chain risk comes from the si mulation method.And the correlation between the risk events can be obtained by u sing association rules algorithm of Apriori and data analysis.The risk events and th eir potential risk events are then put into the models to get their impact on various t ypes of service supply chain.At last,this paper draws out some important manage ment attentions under different situations,which can effectively reduce the losses o f service supply chain risk and help to maintain their overall stability. |
