With the rapid developments of control science and networked communication technologies, networked control systems(NCSs)have received increasing interests by both domestic and foreign in the past decade. In typical networked control systems, the sensors, the controllers and the actuators often transmit data through a shared communication network instead of traditional point-to-point hardwiring connection. As a result, distinct advantages can be obtained such as low cost, high reliability, ease of maintenance and extend, increase system flexibility and so on.However, the application of the communication network in the control system also brings some problems and challenges including network-induced delay and data packet dropouts, which may degrade the performance of the system or even lead to system instability. In this paper, the research on control and filtering of the networked control system with network-induced delay and data packet dropouts problem has carried out and the proposed method have been proved to be correct and effective through the numerical examples. The main contents are as follows:First of all,the problem of robust controller design is studied for uncertain networked control systems with network-induced delay and data packet dropouts problem. And the sufficient conditions for the existence of the controller have been proposed based on the Lyapunov stability theory, which make the closed-loop system satisfy the asymptotic stability and H_? performance. The method of solving the controller is obtained by using the linear matrix inequality technique and the validity of the proposed method is verified by numerical simulation.Secondly, this paper is concerned with the robust control problem for a class of networked control systems subject to network-induced time-varying delay and random packet dropouts in the fault-tolerant framework. In particular, the randomly occurring missing measurements are modeled by the stochastic variable satisfying the Bernoulli random distribution.By applying the Lyapunov-Krasovskii approach,delay-dependent sufficient conditions are obtained and formulated in the form of LMIs to guarantee the stability and H_? control performance of the faulty networked control system. Then, the fault-tolerant controller is designed by using the deduced conclusion and the validity of the proposed method is verified by numerical analysis. Finally, this paper is concerned with the networked control system with time delay and packet dropouts, which are analyzed for the time-varying delay problem. And take the influence of the distribution delay that exists widely in similar rocket-launched power systems in consideration. In this paper, the sufficient conditions for delay-dependent for the existence of robust controllers, which satisfy system stability and H_? performance is derived by the Lyapunov stability theory. The linear matrix inequality technique is used to solve the expected feedback controller. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is verified by numerical simulation.
