Design And Implementation Of Virtual Multi Channel Transformation Of Network Isolator

My company has developed a network isolator.The network isolator cut down the Ethernet using data translation with private protocol,special designed hardware.The networks isolated exchanges only application layer data without public TCP/IP protocol.Otherwise,the networks isolator can work with network protocol checking,content of application layer data checking and etc.And it performes better than firewall because it can prevent the invation using the vulnerability of network protocol.The isolator is fit for the user who want network protocol isolation but donot want physical isolation.With the various networks being accessed to user's networks,they needs to have many isolators to protect their networks.Obviously,that do need much space,electric power and money.I think we can use virtualization technology to help the user to deal with the problems.Virtualization technology can save the money,space and electric power.This thesis illustrates a way to change the software of the isolator,to make isolator become multichannel isolator.This way is: getting the input device name when the packet get into isolator and counting the output device ID,then transmiting the devie information to output unit,finaly sending the packet to the network with binding a specified decive.This way achieves device-to-device virtual date channel.Data transmit in every channel without disturbing.This way keeps the isolator's function,needing less workload to develop.
