Wireless sensor network by means of wireless communication to form multiple hops self-organizing network system is composed of a large number of sensor nodes.With the rapid development of information technology, wireless sensor network has become an emerging network technology today. Its applications is very widely, such as military applications, environmental observation and prediction system, medical care, intelligent household, building condition monitoring, etc. If no accurate location information the wireless sensor network in the application will become meaningless.In order to improve the accuracy of node localization in wireless sensor networks, a Node Localization Algorithm Based on Method of Cooperation Filtering in Wireless Sensor Network was proposed. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, this paper describes the basic concept, characteristics and applications of wireless sensor network, and detailing introduced the classification of localization algorithm in wireless sensor network, principle, advantages and disadvantages of some classical localization algorithms.Secondly, on the basis of in-depth research on wireless sensor networks, in view of the localization image error of nodes, proposed Localization Algorithm of mirror image error based on Cooperation Filtering. The algorithm takes advantage of the geometric feature of nodes, introduces location model, selects a reasonable reference node, so as to acquire the candidate points with higher accuracy as the coordinates of the nodes, and then improves the accuracy of node localization, reduces the transmission error during the process of localization and the location error in the whole network.Thirdly, in view of the simultaneous occurrence of mirror error between two and more than two neighbor nodes, this paper provides an algorithm called Improving Localization Algorithm based on Cooperation Filtering in WSN. The algorithm takes advantage of the mutual cooperation among nodes and the geometric relationship between nodes, introduced of a positioning model, not only quickly and effectively correct the location of the nodes that have mirrored errors, but also locate the unknown nodes quickly and efficiently. And the phenomenon of mirror error in the process of locating is avoided, thus, the location error is reduced, the communication overhead is reduced, and the positioning efficiency is improved.Finally, using simulation software called NS-2 to verify the performance of the algorithm proposed in this paper. Change the simulation parameters which involved in the algorithm in the experiment, analyze and compare the experiment results. The conclusions are as follows: in the same network environment, the location accuracy and the consumption of energy of the Node Localization Algorithm Based on Method of Cooperation Filtering in Wireless Sensor Network which proposed in this paper are better than the Refinement Algorithm based on the idea of Magnetic Pole localization algorithms and the SL-n localization algorithms.
