Speaker applications in the automotive,communications,transportation,transportation and other fields increasingly widespread.In its production and processing sectors,the layered packing is an important process.Currently widely used artificial packing way the industry can occur missing equipment is missing,causing serious consequences.How do the packing process automation speakers loss detection needs to become widely within the industry.This paper divided into three layers of artificial packing process for using machine vision to replace human vision layered packing process Speakers image detection,developed speaker system automatically detects missing.While the speaker layered packing machine vision detection algorithm is studied,summed detection method is suitable for the missing speaker,and the device works automatically detect design structural design and motion control system hardware made presentation and analysis.Experimental verification by the rational design of automatic detection device,it is possible to achieve the layered boxed speakers loss detection.After stratification for speaker boxes must be placed in a piece of cardboard over the speaker at the top before sealing,in order to protect the speakers from being damaged during transport.This article also devised an automated out cardboard agencies to ensure the integrity of the process of packing.The main contents of this thesis include:(1)According to the speaker during the three layers of artificial packing missing drain installation is designed to automatically detect the machine vision system.(2)According to the speaker layered packing characteristics,is proposed based on a selected area of an image feature to achieve automatic detection method of packing layers,at the same time,based on the current average gray level of each sub-region to achieve loss detection speaker and the corresponding results show the feasibility of the method.(3)Designed based on three previous speakers automatically covered cardboard packing sports bodies,including the lifting platform,pusher mechanism and sucker suit design.(4)The partial loss of movement control is designed detection system to achieve a stepper motor motion control and co-operation of the solenoid valve.(5)The results show the feasibility of detection methods and systems.
