Design And Implementation Of Level Protection Information Management System

"The People's Republic of China computer information system security protection regulations"(State Council Decree No.147th)clearly stipulates in China "the implementation of security protection of computer information system"."Opinions of the State Informatization Leading Group on the strengthening of information security safeguard work"(No.27)clearly points out the information classified security protection,which aims to "focus on the protection of basic information network and important information system concerning with national security,economy,social stability,eventually establishing information security level protection system".Relevant laws and regulations show that the significance of our country carrying out classified protection of information system.This paper,in accordance with the relevant policies of the national standard of grade protection,established a set of classified protection evaluation software based on the "basic requirements" standard.The system of this software,according to related operating mode of national classified protection,fulfills the authority division including the roles of the advanced evaluators(decision-making),intermediate evaluators(project manager),the primary evaluators(reviewer).Finally,the system could implement on-site evaluation,evaluation results record and judgments of individual result.The system abstracts from mass information of on-site evaluation and simplifies it to better form.Thus the system provides simple and reliable decision-making information for assessment units,advanced evaluators and their management department.By this system,information systems and their maintenance units could be detected if they are functioning and rectifying in accordance with the state security system and security mechanism.Therefore,the system ensures the safe operation of important information systems of the state and escorts the classified safeguard work of the state.
