With the continuous development of information technology,the technologies and the theories such as cloud manufacturing and Internet of things have provided new solutions for how to realize the rapid accumulation and the effective application of designing and manufacturing resources.Cloud manufacturing draws lessons from the idea of cloud computing and aims at realizing virtualization of the manufacture resources and service function of manufacture capacity.As an important branch of cloud manufacturing technology,could design theory got more and more attentions due to its ability to gather external design resources dynamically and improve enterprises design capabilities rapidly.Based on Internet technology,cloud design service platform connects the enterprise internal complex product design task and external design resources together effectively and provide customers with technical services through dynamic resource organization.In the process of the development of cloud design services platform,the diversity of design tasks,the dynamic characteristics of the ability resources and the complexity of the task allocation process lead to the fact that the model efficiency is low and applicable product scope is small.So this paper deeply studied the modeling method of tasks based on the information entropy measure theory and design resource aggregation method of cloud design environment,combining task similarity with task complexity as a matching optimization goal to achieve the task-capacity matching process based on multi-resolution clustering algorithm.As a result,the efficiency of the cloud design process has improved greatly and the product design cycle has been shortened.(1)According to the information entropy theory,the concept of product design task complexity was defined again based on the incorporation of the design operation complexity,operation logic complexity and message complexity.Product design task decomposition model and temporal model is put forward through the theory of decomposition tree model and directed graph.The instance of auto mould products was given to illustrate the calculation method and task modeling process.(2)Through in-depth analysis of the design resources,the design capacity unit model of cloud design environment was put forward and the attributes of design capacity unit was divided into basic ability attributes,technical ability attributes and the dynamic ability attributes.According to the similarity between the tasks which was completed by the design ability unit and the assigning tasks,the matching degree between assigning tasks and units was calculated.Design task cycle forecast method was put forward based on fuzzy set theory.(3)The matching process of design task and design ability domains based on task similarity and the task-ability matching algorithm of multi-resolution clustering have been presented to ensure the accuracy of the matching process.The validity of the allocation algorithm has been observed by the instance.(4)Based on the research of this paper,automobile and mould industry chain service platform was developed through automobile and mould industry chain service platform and the auto mould cloud design model was realized.
