With the coming of the era of big data,between fast data generated and poor data collection methods formed the sharp contrast,precisely because of this,knowledge discovery "came into being".However,scholars at home and abroad to focus more on the technical aspects of knowledge discovery,the application research of knowledge discovery in database is relatively small.In order to understand the user satisfaction of knowledge discovery,this article carries on the empirical research.The first part of the theory of domestic and international information and knowledge discovery needs to sort out,it can be seen from the system point of view to consider the needs of the user cannot achieve very good effect,however,the information needs of research and personalized angle Recommended system can indeed play a good recommendation effect.However,empirical research needs to be strengthened.The second part introduces Ausubel's assimilation theory of cognitive structure,Piaget's theory of cognitive development,Ausubel's meaningful learning theory to build the information demand and the theoretical framework of knowledge discovery,the user's information demand is divided into knowledge layer,layer and innovation,laid a theoretical foundation for the back of the empirical.The third part describes in detail the various features associated with the database based on external recommendation,based on the recommended internal association,academic trends,academic outputs and knowledge of the advantages and disadvantages associated with map features analyzed how to meet the needs of users in theory.The fourth part through the questionnaire survey the user to the usage of knowledge discovery each function.By evaluating the user needs a feature in which aspects of the different functions are divided into different levels.The fifth part through interviews with different functions into different levels of the hypothesis that the degree of recognition.Through interviews analyzing the user did not use reason and the proposed increase in satisfaction.Conclusion part of the database provider mainly from research and development,promotion,improvement and upgrade all aspects of the issue requiring attention were summarized,improve the utilization of the database to provide theoretical support.
