Internet TV is a live and on-demand digital content distribution business using internet broadcast technology providing interactive,personalized service to end users who receive using computer,tablet,smart phone,set-top box,etc.variety of devices.It's a rapid development field of emerging media in recent years.Internet TV OMS(Operation Management System)is an open system that is capable of supporting Internet TV overall operations.Internet TV OMS need to support content management and user interaction,and need to support live,on-demand and look back,as well as need to support the huge throughput in internet environment.In this thesis,design and implementation of the CNTV's CBox OMS are described.And taking this as research object,internet TV OMS's function features,system architecture and key technologies are analyzed.The key emphasis of system design is to ensure that the system can support huge user access in the Internet environment.Therefore,CDN-P2P network architecture,full-text search technology,static web pages and message queue for high availability are used.This system is divided into three parts,foreground content presentation,background content management and user interaction.By combining the functions of three parts,an open OMS is implemented for video content capture,release and multi terminal distribution.Firstly,this thesis introduces the background of system development.The significance of building an Internet TV OMS is proposed.Then the network architecture and other key technologies used in the system are introduced.Based on in-depth analysis of the system requirement,the system structure and main functions are designed in detail.The business and technology used in the system implementation are discussed.Finally,this thesis describes the system test,the performance curves of the system are given,and the prospects for further work.
