From the collection, research, exhibition to education and entertainment, museums turned the elite service to the public service. Since the function transformation that from the utility room of social memory to the sower of intellectual, museum from things to information, emphasizing the relationship between people, museum and collections. Ubiquitous museum come into being in this background.In terms of communication technologies, new media not only apply to the exhibition,in order to enrich the diversity of display form and display language, but also widely used to museum information dissemination, in order to realize the ubiquitous spread.Therefore, this paper study for the new kind of museum:Ubiquitous Museum. Firstly, the paper analysis a new communication ecosystem under the guidance of ubiquitous concept. Author emphasizes the effect of the collaboration narrative of diversity kind of new medias, making the invite force of text and fragmentation spread, in order to know how it realized the humanize and individually spread. Secondly, media update not only change the way people use media, but also influence the change of media culture. In this paper, author study of the Henry Jenkins'theory about the participatory culture, on the basis of theory learning, author divide media users into three groups:active user, positive user and participation user. In this part author study the attitude, behavior and motivation of media users. Lastly, in the basis of the above analysis this paper reflect the present situation of China's Ubiquitous Museum building, hoping it can help promote the development of Ubiquitous Museum in China.
