With the rapid development of the world economy globalization,project management has been highly concerned by the enterprise.Among them,the financial management as an integral part of the enterprise project management,its importance is also growing.Financial management should grasp the project of real-time information has the data timely and more fine,but at present the enterprise finance and project management has not unified management,finance cannot timely follow up the progress of the project led to the progress of the project efficiency is limited,affecting the overall project schedule,the project implementation efficiency greatly reduced.In order to improve the level of financial management of enterprises,the use efficiency of enterprise resources and the core competitiveness of enterprises,enterprise project management is moving toward standardization,information technology,the direction of scientific development.Designing a suitable system of the company and the financial process management system for the company's management efficiency and enterprise resource utilization will be greatly improved.Therefore,the enterprise project management and financial management system to effectively combine the future development of the enterprise has important practical significance.This paper focuses on the characteristics of G project management and financial management,and analyzes the development trend of the financial management system,the system architecture,using MFC and ODBC technology on project management and integrated financial management system of the presentation layer,business logic layer and data layer of the overall design of the system in the database layer.Design of SQL based on the Server2OO5 database and the optimization of the efficiency index,in the application layer,in order to financial management system and project management system integration to a client,this paper adopts the design pattern of MVC,established a large enterprise C/S model based enterprise project and the integrated financial management system,and implement the management plan budget management,accounting,management and other core functions.Finally,on the basis of system function module,white box testing method through the use of software testing methods in proved the applicability of the system stability,security and provides important foundation for the improvement of enterprise project management and financial management,and the project proved that the integrated financial management system can not only through the method of software engineering the effective node,and has real-time,robustness and security.
