Research On Frame Semantic Inference Technology

In the research field of Natural Language Processing,semantic reasoning is a very important topic.The semantic research is currently not enough mature,while it is significant for deep sematic analysis and artificial intelligent.On the basis of the Chinese framework semantic resources of Shanxi University,this thesis studied the semantic information like frames,frame elements,lexical units,frame relations and frame element relations and so forth,analyzed the principle of frame semantic relation and tried to carry out semantic reasoning work,finally,proposed a reasoning technology based on frame semantic relations.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)In-depth research on frames,frame elements and the mapping relations of them,research the semantic relations in frame semantic resources,analyzed and verified the reasoning ability of frame-net on the view of frame and frame element.(2)On the basis of semantic relations of frame-net,analyzed the principle of frame semantic relation and tried to carry out semantic reasoning work,proposed a reasoning technology based on frame semantic relations.Using the frame-net's abundant semantic expression ability,we annotated 167 reading comprehension articles,constructing text inference graph for each text.Finally provides a new method for the research of semantic reasoning.(3)Applied the method to the task of reading comprehension,labeled the questions and merged it into text inference graph,build inference path between the questions and the sentences of the text,form the QA inference graph.Search the appropriate reasoning path of the unknown frame elements of the questions.Provides a new research method for reading comprehension tasks.The results show that our inference method on the current limited semantic resources of the Chinese framework has achieved remarkable efficiency.The innovation of this paper is use the Chinese Frame Net to make a comprehensive analysis of the shallow semantic on the discourse in the first time.Make full use of the frame semantic relations of the Frame Net,based on the semantic analysis on the real data,built up the semantic relations between different chunks in the text,and so as to further carry out semantic reasoning.Finally applied the method to the task of reading comprehension,evaluated on the real reading comprehension corpus.
