With the continuous accumulation of digital media information, there have been increased demands for data storage.. In order to meet the future needs for long time shelf and high density of data storage, looking for a new technology whose certain characteristics exceed current magnetic or optical storage become a important research field. DNA storage is expected to be a new storage technology that can be used in some specific areas.DNA storage technology use synthetic oligodeoxynucleotides(DNA) strand to store documents, pictures, audio and other digital information. The information store in DNA can be accessed completely. It is a storage technique based on biological molecules, being of the advantages of high storage density, excellent parallel access and long storage time and so on.In this paper, DNA storage technology is studied. For many reasons, some errors would happen inevitably when using the current DNA storage technology to access or recover data. In DNA storage, small errors may cause influence that should not be underestimated and lead to the stored information cannot be read or difficult to understand.To solve this problem, a DNA storage technology with mechanism of correction is proposed in this paper. The main contributions are as follow, make the storage efficiency in this model is far greater than the domestic and foreign existing DNA storage model:1) A model of efficient storage coding is proposed;2) Adding error correction mechanism in the storage model can identify and correct errors, it improve the confidence of DNA storage greatly. This makes storage model which storage efficiency high and error rate as low as possible,also ensures in the storage sequence does not appear more than four continuous identical base, hairpin structure etc. storage prone to produce the wrong phenomenon;3) Carrying out biological experiments related to DNA storage. It can be divided into two stages: synthesis and sequencing. To be specific, the files to be stored are converted to corresponding nucleotide sequence according to the model, and through the PCR technology synthesis of DNA, we can put this process as a traditional computer store stored procedure. Then, by the second generation sequencing reads the stored content, this process can be seen as a conventional computer store read process;4) Due to the data streams need to be converted to the nucleotide sequences according to the model. And the nucleotide sequences also need to be converted into data streams, a computer program of converting data streams and the nucleotide sequences is designed and implemented.
