Submarine target motion elements solver is modern submarine underwater combat the key link, filtering algorithm of submarine target motion parameters calculation,which estimation based on passive sonar sensoris, is especially important in many algorithms for a class of algorithms, the advantages and disadvantages of the performance directly affect the effectiveness of the submarine stealthy attack. Therefore, how to establish the performance index of the submarine target motion factor filter estimation algorithm, and to carry out scientific and reasonable test and evaluation of these indicators is an important issue in the process of submarine equipment design.This article will focus on this topic, first of all, to understand and master the submarine target motion elements filter to estimate on the basis of the general principle of algorithm, combined with the operational requirements, study the establishment of the key indicators of performance of the algorithm, including convergence rate, convergence time and solution accuracy of calculation and so on, and the explanation and definition of these performance indicators, also put forward to obtain the test data to demand. Then according to these key performance indicators and data requirements, to carry out the test data processing key technology research, research content including data pre processing method, target true value calculation method, voyage effectiveness judgment method, solution accuracy calculation method and convergence time calculation method. In addition error factors to influence the test results are analyzed, especially points out the affected the relationship between the larger sonar error and its method, in order to prevent errors affect the validity of the test results. Finally, this paper explains in detail the performance evaluation of the data processing software design and implementation of the process, according to the basic procedure of software development, the function of software were demand analysis, based on the given software design flow diagram and structure diagram. Senior application software MATLAB programming language is selected in the environment for the development and design of software, matlab provides a variety of powerful function library, making the procedure to complete the complex operation, large amount of numerical data processing, graphical user interface of the software is the use of MATLAB to achieve for the graphical user interface development environment guide. The key modules of the data file read, data preprocessing, to judge the effectiveness of, determine the judgment of convergence, convergence time(time), track reproduction, user interface program to achieve separately carried on the detailed description.The results of this study can be application in submarine command and control system setting test target motion elements solvers and maritime navigation test, for test engineering and technical personnel to carry out evaluation of test data processing and performance index analysis to provide scientific theoretical basis and effective auxiliary means, has a good military and economic benefit.
