As an important means and basis of radio spectrum management, spectrum monitoring is the main mode of operation in electronic warfare, and plays an important role in monitoring the enemy’s communication signals. In the application scenarios of large-scale activities information security guarantee and confused and disrupt the enemy communications system in battlefield, the implementation of interference and suppression of communication signals has an important significance. Based on such application background, in this paper, several key technologies in integrated system of monitoring and interference are thorough studied and discussed.First the functional requirements of the system are analyzed, and the function modules are partitioned, then the key technical requirements of each module are analyzed separately. Then the blind constant false alarm signal detection method which adapt to non-stationary noise environment is studied. After the complex background noise is classified, the statistical characteristics of the noise are also analyzed, then focus on the energy detection method for theoretical analysis, and demonstrate the detection performance. Meanwhile aiming at the non-stationary noise environment in practical application scenarios, a differential energy detection algorithm based on double decision threshold is designed, and the performance improvement is verified by experiments.Aiming at the interference and suppression function in the system, communication interference is classified in detail, then optimal interference bandwidth and optimal interference frequency for DSSS are mainly analyzed theoretically. Then take new type of illegal data transmission equipment based on spread spectrum technology as an example, a scheme of deceptive jamming is designed. According to the application requirements in the field of electronic countermeasures, the jamming modes of LFM pulse compression radar signal are deeply studied, interference effects of different jamming signal are analyzed and compared through theoretical proof and simulation verification. Finally, the connection between peak to average ratio improvement and interference effect is analyzed, and several methods for improving PAPR are introduced.Finally, the key technologies of high speed data communication interface are analyzed and designed. The USB3.0 protocol and FX3 controller are introduced briefly firstly, then one Slave FIFO interface program in FPGA is designed according to the demand of a variety of types of concurrently data upload. At the same time, a method of flow control based on ping-pong buffer structure is designed to ensure the orderly operation of the data upload. The validity of the design is verified by experiments.
