Brain science, which focuses on how brains work, has become one of the most important fields. It plays an essential role in national defense, science and technology,normal life, transportation, etc. The formation of visual perception and judgement could not be acquired until the things outside detected by human eyes are processed properly.Under certain conditions, the formation of incorrect visual perception and judgement is called illusion vision. Since the computer is unable to what colors are captured by human eyes, the field called computer vision is developed to handle this.In this paper, the formation of illusion vision is studied based on the summary of worldwide research literature. The effect of environmental colors has been experimentally studied and the change laws are summarized by analyzing these data.This study has been divided into two parts, including the interaction of color region and the effect of environment on the color images. In order to know the effect of hue,saturation, brilliance, HSB model has been used here. The numerical data of two different regions with contrast and hues have been fetched experimentally. Then the derivation,amplitude and fluctuation in those condition has been derived. The numerical data of different image scales, saturation variations and contrasts have been fetched experimentally as well. The amplitude and fluctuation in those condition has been derived.According to the above findings, the models of illusion vision have been built. It could be used in the design of underwater vehicles. The computer is then capable of understanding illusion visions by using this model.
