With the widespread applications of infrared imagery technology in various fields, the researches on infrared imagery technology have become better and better by employing the digital image processing. Besides, the infrared image enhancement is of great importance in the area of infrared imagery technology. In addition, there is an extremely significance to achieve a better system of infrared imagery processing which equipped with general high-speed camera transmission interface, modules as well as heightened effects with the development of information technology. In the same time, the Cmeral Link interface has been the best image data transmission interface with the fullest use, the stablest property in the field of image capture.All in all, there will be of great importance in designing and accomplishing infrared imagery intensifier equipped with Camera Link interface based on above viewpoints. To begin with, accomplishing the design and building of the system hardware platform is based on hardware processing framework called FPGA+DSP which has been sure to adapt in the first place. The construction of the whole hardware platform is in accordance with relevant hardware logic design which takes the parts of EPGA hardware into account. Then, an algorithm framework of infrared image enhancement built on hierarchy is raised by analyzing and distinguishing the general algorithm of infrared image enhancement. At last, the software design framework named DSP/BIOS is employed in the design of DSP software which is used to strengthen infrared images and gain the results. Afterwards, the design is summed and analyzed according to the results.
