Abstract/Summary:
This paper was background by Jilin Technological Development Plan – Major Special Project “Study on the Measuring Technique of Three-dimensional Large-size Profile System based on Laser Radar Principles”. According to the measuring requirement of 3D laser Radar measurement systems, design and analysis were completed focusing on the scanning mechanism.Firstly, according to the requirement of the technical indicators, this article determined the general structure design of the U-O type after three kinds of scanning mechanism solutions were analyzed and compared, Detailed design of the scanning mechanism was accomplished on which the 3D structure model was established. Secondly, this article has completed the finite element analysis of the scanning mirror group and the scanning mechanism by using ANSYS software, The analysis verified the rationality of the structure design, based on which the O frame was optimized. Finally, single axis measurement experiment and single point repeatability measurement experiment was carried on using the three-dimensional laser radar system. Results show that the scanning mechanism can satisfy the using demand of the laser radar system for three-dimensional measurements.
