| In this paper, by analyzing this topic background, research purpose and significance, domestic and foreign development present situation, for the future development of office automation systems are discussed. The system USES Java language, the use of Oracle(10 g), JDBC, STRUTS, JSP, JAVASCRIPT, HTML and other technical office automation system as the focus of the informatization construction, not only can reduce the financial burden on the staff, improve the quality of work and the work efficiency, and can accelerate the process of office management work more scientific and network, to promote education informationization development in China is of positive significance.Paper first introduces the connotation and history of office automation, development status and its related technology at home and abroad. Second analysis the demand of this system, comparison of the office automation system development tools and system structure, using the Internet and Java development technology, USES the Browser/Server(Browser/Server) mode, set up a Web office system based on Web.This system is a Web based office online system, there are eight function modules: main file meeting notice sending and receiving management, personal information management, published, asset management and the suggestion box and so on, the system has a greater practical significance, to meet the needs of enterprise daily work. |
