New thermosensitive material ceramic-based silicon carbonitride(SiCN) has been proposed to solve the temperature measurement of high speed moving objects under severe working conditions, such as hot corrosion, high oxidation and multiple stress. As a new type of passive wireless temperature sensor, the measure method is different from the traditional temperature sensor. According to the characteristics of the principle of the SiCN, the paper has developed a set of hardware system for testing the relationship between physical characteristics and environmental temperature of the sensor.This paper has put forward the passive SiCN wireless temperature sensor of applicability and necessity in the harsh environment temperature measurement, and established the negative correlation relationship between sensor resonance frequency of physical parameters and ambient temperature in the theoretical derivation. To verify the relationship between further, this article has discussed the requirements analysis of the sensor signal transceiver hardware system, according to the SiCN sensors basic working principle and performance index, and proposed the principle of resonance frequency scanning tracking method based on perturbation to be the system test approach, while the sensor feedback signal and the input signal ratio(S11) parameter as the analysis object. Based on the analysis of the above, the paper has put forward the signal transceiver system design scheme of hardware and the design index, introduced design principle and analysed the performance index of the signal source,detector and circulator high-frequency microwave devices, and comparied and selected the chip of conversion(AD) acquisition module, filter amplifier circuit and amplifier module.Therein, the frequency sweep signal source based on phase-locked loop is the embodiment of the key technologies. According to the design scheme, the paper has used the integrated chip HMC833 as controlled oscillator, adopted the theoretical formula to calculate the loop filter parameter of phase locked, and used the Agilent's advanced design system(ADS) software simulation circuit modeling, simulation and parameter setting.Finally the key module parameters and analyze the actual index of the signal source andsignal sending-receiving channel has been tested by experimentation On the basis of the whole hardware system alignment to complete, the paper has tested and analized the change characteristics of sensor curve S11 through the experiment test in continuous changing temperature(25? to 300?). The experimental tests has shown that with the temperature increasing from 25 ? to 300 ?, the SiCN sensor resonance frequency is decreasing.Corresponding to the theoretical derivation, the minimum frequency temperature gradient is45.92kHz/?. The response time of sensor signal transceiver system hardware is less than 1ms. The system actual indexes meet the requirements. Therefore, in certain conditions, the hardware system can replace the network analyzer to work at the temperature test of SiCN sensor.
