Along with the development of the era, the requirement of the accuracy and efficiency of measurement for all walks of life especially the industrial field is increasing and the test environment is also becoming complicated. In order to deal with complex test environment and the higher measuring precision and efficiency requirement, the non-contact measurement gradually becomes popular. With the continuous development of image processing technology,more and more researchers in industry and academia begin to focus on the image technology.As a result, the image technology is widely used in every walk of life. As one of the image processing technology, the high-speed photography method is also a typical representative of the non-contact measurement method. This project just uses the high-speed photography method and designs a non-contact measurement system in photoelectric way to aim at the speed of the breaker switch in high pressure environment. This paper designs and tests the image processing function of the system base on DSP. The main research contents of this paper are as follows. Firstly, this paper has designed and welded the basic hardware system needed for data processing based on DSP, which includes circuit design, PCB layout, welding and testing. This subsystem includes the whole communication and processing circuit between the data input port and the data output port, namely the camera link interface and the UART interface. It is mainly divided into five modules, including power supply module, data processing module, control center module, data storage module and program cache module.Then, this paper has designed the underlying software system required for image processing.This subsystem is divided into three main function modules from the perspective of communication, including the image data read function, image data processing function and image data output function. In addition, a message function is also designed to facilitate the program debugging. Finally, this paper has tested the functions designed in the image processing system. These tests include the test on the power supply of the hardware system,the working status of DSP and the communication interfaces in the software system. Besides,the comprehensive functional test of the hardware and software system has also been carried out. The results of these tests show that the hardware of the image processing system designed in this paper can effectively support the communication of the image data in the system and among the system, the lens and the upper machine. Besides, the underlying software interface can effectively support the transmission and processing of data, and the whole system has a high practicability, reliability and scalability.
