With the development of array signal processing theory and techniques,direction-finding technology has been widely used,especially have achieved rapid development in recent years so that it has been applied in many fields, like radar, wireless communications, sonar, seismic survey and radio astronomy and so on.With the widely for array sensor DOA estimation technology, DOA estimation theory and methods must also gradually are put forward higher requirements in our application, so as to be promoted the continued development of this technology. Thus, the conventional DOA estimation method except for some shortcomings of its existence, but in the estimation accuracy, resolving power and angle against the dollar size, etc., have also been far from meeting the needs of practical application. In addition, there are many nature broadband signals such as voice signals, seismic waves, and with the extensive application of communication systems hopping signals, chirp signal, the spread spectrum signal and other broadband signals,wideband direction finding method has become in recent years an array A signal processing research focus areas. The sparse representation theory emerged in recent years and its application of the most influential CS theory, a new method for the estimation array DOA,especially on broadband DOA estimation method provides a new way of thinking objective and theoretical guidance.For the above problems, this paper conducted a research for array sensors DOA estimation based on SR theory.Against the current DOA estimation method,especially the presence of broadband target method,which are slow reconstruction accuracy and higher operation problem, this paper studies sparse Bayesian learning(SBL) based on the basic principle.Combined with the fixed method under the basis of standard SBL algorithm,we proposed a modified the SBL-FP algorithm.What's more,we focused on the analysis of the algorithm based on broadband target DOA estimation and reconstruction algorithm.Finally,through simulation experiments,we compared the proposed algorithm with the conventional DOA estimation method and commonly used sparse reconstruction algorithm and analyzed many properties. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has higher accuracy, a relatively small amount of calculation and a good angular resolution capability, etc.Thus will provide a new idea or an effective method for the array sensors DOA estimation.Additionally, under the broadband SSR model based on SBL-FP algorithm,this paper introduced the concept of tensor slices. Though joint processing for narrow target array output covariance data at each frequency point, we established the slice-sparse representation model and proposed established the MMS-OMP algorithms for broadband target DOA estimation based on OMP algorithm.Finally,we made a comparative analysis with traditional broadband target DOA estimation method via simulation results and verified the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
