The Internet is speeding up in driving the improvement and transition of social economy in a dimension that out of human's forseen. It has gradually became the new motivation for the transition of Chinese economy. Moreover, the way of human's life and production has been positively changed by the merge of Internet of things, Cloud Computing and Big Data and their own development. With the "reMED 2015-- Reconstruction medical ecology" summit meeting successfully being held in Beijing, it has been proved that the mobile internet is no longer refused by hospitals, on the contrary, it has irresistibly penetrated into all areas of the health care, and created new challenges and opportunities.Regarding the above advantages, this paper chooses intellegent health-care as the target for studying which contains technology selection, system designing and system optimization. First, this paper desicribes some candidate technologies that can be used in the research, after comparision, we choose Java language and SSM(SpringMVC, Spring, Mybatis)framework as the core technology architecture. Then desicribed the requirement analysis, outline design, detail design and implementation of some components, namely Health Data, Health Consultation and Online Hospital. During the research, UML is used to display the outline design of the system in graphic, Sequence diagram and PowerDesigner(Database design tool) are used to design business logic and database. Considering this system is based on the Internet and high concurrence may be envolved, after the implementation of main functionality, optimization and re-design has been performed to achive high performance under high concurrence environment, including database performance optimization for Radis cluster, business logic optimization using Memcache, transmission optimization by compression of the web page and server optimization via Nginx.Considering the rapid development of the Internet along with the severe situation of Chinese health care, the original intention of this paper is aimed at resolving Chinese medical issues in real life using the thought of Internet.
