As a new technology, Cloud Computing is developing rapidly thru the Internet. It bring us a great convenience, Meanwhile the date security also become a big problem which we need face. We need the date encryption to keep the safety of the “cloud date”. So holomorphic encryption can meet the requirement of safety and efficiency which is based on computational complexity and cryptography theory. Holomorphic encryption is a form of encryption that allows computations to be carried out on cipher text, thus generating an encrypted result which, when decrypted, matches the result of operations performed on the plaintext.From the date security perspective, this paper clarified the cloud computing data security is the key of the cloud computing security research, analyzes the current situation of cloud computing data security and discussed cloud computing data security threat factors. Then introduce holomorphic encryption technology. Analyst and study the homogeneity of holomorphic encryption technology. Explain the use of holomorphic encryption technology in cloud computing field. Using Holomorphic and RSA encryption, Design a RSA encryption program. The program has played an important safe role for data exchange in Cloud environment. In whole calculation process of encryption, the program can complete data upload and download encryption operation without data leakage. Then testing the program performance and put forwards improvement methods.
