At present, LED lighting lamp of the whole assembly operation is usually done by skilled operators manually, or by the PLC programmable semi automatic line is completed.Partial general small LED lighting products the size of the components,assembly of high precision requirements.The manual assembly operations personnel professional skills requirement is high, the production efficiency is low, the product consistency is poor; as the market continues to improve performance and output demand for LED products, manual assembly has been difficult to adapt to mass production, automated assembly in inevitable.In this paper, combined with the company model LED the whole lamp automatic assembly line of the actual demand, the application research on machine vision automatic assembly line in LED integrated lamp.The article studied the workpiece image online, identification, processing,application access, eventually completed the development of new lamps, LED fully automatic production line debugging, finally delivered production factory. From the calibration algorithm, its characteristic is relatively simple, but also has the characteristics of stronger feasibility, has a high precision.The static sorting recognition, discusses the dynamic workpiece positioning detection, classification, this method is in accordance with the trigger time characteristics of spatial position, decided to grasping time position, which belongs to the space vectortranslation mode, then it with relevant directives issued by the image processing software,to control the robot, so as to realize the workpiece classification.From the point of view of the system, which is based on operators visual image processing, relies on the RC++ development platform and implement, belonging to the workpiece dynamic recognition system, but also in debugging the identification and positioning, high accuracy obtained, fully able to meet the production requirements of the fact. Topic using robot precise assembly parts visually guided prior knowledge based on machine vision, developed corresponding software automatic guidance, practical results show good efficiency and stability.The automatic assembly line using a video recognition robot to replace artificial and semi automated assembly machines and artificial appearance quality detection, code,complete LED lighting plate, control circuit, lamp shell, an outer cover to LED the whole lamp, parts from the combination of \ plug(mosaic) \ wire welding \ hot melt package power test commodity code\ tray for placing and appearance quality detection of all the processes.Through the video system, bus system and machine hand actuator, chain transmission mechanism, equipment holding platform effectively without interference coordination operation, by optimizing the time rhythm, so that production efficiency reaches hitherto unknown degree, comprehensive efficiency of equipment is achieved 85%, assembly line 2operations, each hour to produce 1800 units, is the traditional manual the production line(11 per unit) 5 times. A pass rate is more than 80%. Achieving the goals set project development, created a robot and video equipment and technology for the industry, promote the production automation equipment, high-quality efficient way.
