LD pumped efficient Yb:YAG all solid state thin disk laser has been renewing, when the technology that diode pumped laser is being enhanced and improved, especially, that has high splendid optics, chemical thermal and mechanical property which all those rising extend focus based on it. So, we will make some views of research in this paper.(1) In this paper, we firstly study the relationship that property of absorption and dosage concentration and thickness in Yb:YAG crystal and verify the consensus value in theory and simulation operation in which measure coefficients of absorption that 10%doping concentration and 0.3mm thickness by a Lamda950 spectrophotometer. Finally, we analogously compute by Matlab software the absorption index that about is 96%(R=99.5%)when it is 10% doping concentration and 0.3mm thickness, which using the coefficient absorption to measured. Otherwise, we make a difference in 940 nm and 969 nm in different boundary temperature and different pumping power.(2)we design a optical pumping system of 24 by utilizing Zemax software and also count the dot size in crystal used by formula to power density. As a result that 2.4 mm light spot was manifested by 7 times than threshold level of power density. Finally, we think it is better that the pumping spot in crystal surface is 2 mm by Zemax software.(3)we also analysis a type of cavity in thin disk laser that would be stable when the length radius of deviation in thin disk crystal is more above 2 times than cavity –length. So,we make sure of cavity-length and output curvature as a part of plano-concave cavity is L=105mm?R2=840mm that achieving 36.21% opt-opt efficiency of continuous light and61.3% opt-opt efficiency of quasi-continuous light when the occupy empty rate.(4)what we would to do is measure many property coefficients by utilizing Lamda950 spectrophotometer and Zygo interferometer and AFM. We finally analysis that all different models its reflection can keep R= 99.7% and face type could keep below in 1/8 l. Finally we ultimately chose one auto-innovational design on cooling crystal system and good well welding after simulating by ANSYS software to the deviation of temperature in front and rear surfaces by Micro-channel cooling system and depict intensively on the welding preceding.
