Along with China's socioeconomic transformation, the supervising work of the capital market also has began to enter the transition stage from overmuch administration and examination and approval to the aspects of decentralization and increasing efforts to open information, with increasing the intensity of inspection law enforcement. Because the original supervision system was designed and developed under the conditions at that time in accordance with the principles and norms of that time, it has been unable to meet the changes and development of various aspects of business, so to construct a new generation of integrated information system that can meets the needs of the supervision in the future has become an extremely urgent task. In the new environment, the requirements for centralizing the data was put forward with regard to the new generation of system. As the data is the cornerstone of the system, new regulatory information platform architecture badly needs to be established under the new requirements to support a large number of regulatory systems running on this platform simultaneously.This dissertation, based on the architecture design principles of openness and loose couplings, designed and achieved the regulatory information platform architecture with high availability, easy scalability, the ability of coping with high stress and with the characteristics of automatically distributing, gray level updating, centralized data storage, which can meet the requirements of source controllable.Firstly, the dissertation introduced the background and significance of the work of the supervision information platform, analysed the existing information system architecture, and summarized the problems in the existing architecture. It introduced the technologies such as the distributed database used in the new generation of regulatory information platform, distributed file system, layered structure of load balancing, container-based virtualization and so on. Then, it processed and analyzed the restrictions that the design of regulatory information platform architecture was facing, the design principles to be followed, the requirements for it of various aspects. Following the principles of source controllable, it selected the type of platform technique with high availability, high scalability and high support within the scope of the open source software. Platform architecture design schemes was confirmed after the combinations of the selected platform technology for many times by the iterative method and the verification of compatibility, feasibility, high availability, expansibility, and security. Finally, the performance of the platform architecture schemes is tested. By adjusting the design scheme, the optimization such as optimized distribution solved the problems found in actual operation process.
