In the 21 st century, scientific progress prompted the people no longer confined to the near-Earth space exploration, but the deep space probe launched a more in-depth research, and conducted a series of exploration activities.In this context, deep space communication has become a recent research focus. Due to the harsh environment of deep space transmission, there is a series of deep space communication transmission problems, such as the delay is too long, the link frequently interrupted transmission link rate asymmetry. Therefore, the establishment of the Deep Space Network has become a highly stable current research difficult. Because of deep space transmission distance, some not directly link transmission, information is often need the help of a relay node storage and transmission, and these nodes are also entire integral part of the Deep Space Network. In order to ensure the reliability and integrity of information in the relay transmission, while improving transmission efficiency, the need to improve the existing transport mechanisms, which is the focus of research in the field of deep-space communications.In light of this, this paper describes the current development of the system of deep space and interplanetary Internet communications of a typical network structure- DTN(Delay Tolerant Networking, DTN). When highlighting DTN network protocol system, this paper analyzes the differences with the previous agreement DTN system and highlights the DTN network system in two important agreements: BP agreement and LTP agreement, including their characteristics and mechanism for transferring data.This article focuses on the research of DTN protocol system.Aiming at the problems of large delay, low efficiency and frequent interruption of transmission link, we propose the optimization strategy of the sub block and the aggregation.Through the analysis of the existing transmission mechanism of DTN, it is found that the existing mechanism, which ensures the complete transmission of the data packets, is a waste of transmission time, which leads to low efficiency of transmission. Based on this, we propose a data blocking strategy, and use theperiodic link data transmission model, the bundle transmission time as the judgment standard, perfect transmission mechanism. Then, according to the characteristics of the rate asymmetry of the upper and lower part of the transmission process, the idea of bundle aggregation is proposed to improve the transmission efficiency. At last, the MATLAB tool is used to simulate the retransmission times of bundle, and the time delivery is used to calculate the bundle transmission. The transmission time of the optimized bundle transmission and the transmission time of the current are compared. As well as the performance improvement brought by bundle, and analyze the throughput of bundle in different bit error rate.
