To solve the high false alarm rate problem in the traditional airborne equipment BIT(Built In Test) system, the structure of the BIT system and its information transfer process were researched, the working process of the BIT system and the mechanism of false alarms were described and analyzed, and corresponding solutions were presented. In the signal acquisition and signal processing level, the solution that improving the signal quality through the filtering algorithm to decrease false alarm was presented, and the applicability of different filtering algorithms for the BIT system was compared.By means of simulation studies, filtering effect of various filtering algorithms for airborne radio communication BIT system was compared. It was proved that compared with the traditional filtering algorithms, self adaptive algorithm possess better filtering effect,the signal quality can be improved through self adaptive algorithm and the false alarm can be prevented. The improved self adaptive algorithm has the advantage of short iteration time and high filtering precision, and it can be applied to the airborne equipment, which is of certain engineering value.
