Radio frequency identification technology is one of the most active research areas since twentieth century, it identifies the goods and transfer the information between tags and readers by means of radio frequency signals without touching. But the tags' collision has become the bottleneck of the development of RFID technology, data transmission between readers and tags are disturbed by other tags, as the result, the readers cannot identify tags accurately and quickly.In this study, this thesis analyzed tree search algorithm and ALOHA algorithm of RFID anti-collision technology, and then improved anti-collision algorithm by the characteristics of tag collision in dynamic environment and static environment. At last, research results were applied in the cultural relics supervision based on RFID technology. Main works are as follows:Firstly, according to the characteristics of tag collision in dynamic environment, this thesis improved RFID anti-collision algorithm. Improved algorithm fused back strategy of backward binary search algorithm(BBS),decomposed the collision bits and considered the case which had only one collision bit. By comparing performance analysis of algorithms, the study results showed that improved algorithm reduced readers' search time and saved identification time.Secondly, according to the characteristics of tag collision in static environment, this thesis improved RFID anti-collision algorithm. Improved algorithm used basic frame slot algorithm(BFSA) which introduced binary tree decomposition ideological. It grouped the label by the valid tag coded bits and separately used BFSA algorithm for each group of labels. Due to known tags number, the algorithm could avoid difficulties from tag number estimation compared with dynamic frame slot algorithm(DFSA).Thirdly, this thesis analyzed the process and requirements of cultural relics supervision, designed the function module of RFID system of cultural relics supervision and solved the problem of tag collision in the preservation and conservation of cultural relics.
