As an important part of geophysical exploration, gravimetry technology is improving with the rapid update of gravimeter. The processing and analysis of gravity data is of great significance to the development of the gravimeter and the research of the geoscience. Based on the experimental data of shipboard gravimeter, data processing method is studied and software design is implemented in this paper. The main contents and results are as follows:Basic theory of gravity data processing, including quality control, gravity anomaly correction, filtering method and accuracy analysis, is introduced in detail.Combining the requirements of data processing, software design is processed into several modules:preprocessing, correction time selection, survey line selection, gravity anomaly calculation, waveform display, accuracy analysis and log view. Based on the "platform and plug-in" architecture of GeoProbe software, the user interface and data algorithm of each functional module are designed according to the interface specification, and the processing of the gravity data is completed. GeoProbe has a strong and stable platform, enables each module can be integrated on GeoProbe and run correctly.Based on the concept of plug-in technology and layered architecture, the independent software design of data processing for shipboard gravimeter is completed under the .NET framework, which is mainly consisted of the build of platform and the realization of the function plugins. The main achievements of platform management are plug-in management, database management, data processing menu and the corresponding visual design. The entire software has the characteristics of unified interface, consistent operation, friendly man-machine, plug and play, and its scalability can greatly shorten the software development cycle and improve the working efficiency.The data processing software of shipboard gravimetry designed in this paper is of great significance to the development and improvement of gravimetry technology.
