Based On The General Page Model Building Land Management System

Currently, with the accelerating process of urbanization of our country, the extent of urban renewal improves gradually, which brings the enormous pressure for land confiscation. Land confiscation has influence on local development, social stability and immediate interests of broad masses, while current land confiscation management exists many problems including compensation fault of partial confiscated users, difficulties in managing plenty of confiscated data. So, it is urgent to establish a modern system of land confiscation management.By analyzing existing work of land confiscation, we can find it has many problems such as low efficiency of data gathering, bad scalability, hard to maintain. To overcome above problems, we realize the quick exploitation of land confiscation management system by building universal page model. The system built by page model can not only improve efficiency of exploration, but solve above problems in the process of land confiscation effectively.Work of the paper includes as following:1. Demand analysis of item, choose the appropriate exploration technology.2. Gather according to original data of item, design corresponding database table.3. Combine universal page with database table to form universal system model, realize the constitution and calling of page model.4. Show realization details of page and operation effect of land confiscation management system based on universal page model, and make a simple summary for system model.Universal page model can improve exploration efficiency of system, shorten exploration period of software, reduce redundancy of system and cost of maintain. Furthermore, the model has the characteristic of enhancing the integration of system. Comparing with traditional exploration style, systems explored by the model have characteristics of good expansion and easy to maintain.
