Bus GPS Data Mining Of Travel Time Prediction

The research is focused on the problem of bus GPS data mining for travel time prediction.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter gives the research background and significance,the research status and the main research work of this paper.In the second chapter,the conventional data mining technology is described.Besides,the application in the field of transportation and the key implementation platform of Hadoop are described briefly.In the third chapter,based on the bus GPS data,the characteristics analysis of the basic data and pretreatment methods are studied,and the availability of basic data is validated.In the fourth chapter,based on the bus data,the traffic information mining and access are implemented through the web extraction of map data,map matching,starting station and terminal access,bus travel time acquisition.In the fifth chapter,the exploration and application of bus travel time prediction method are carried out.In the sixth chapter,the bus GPS data mining system framework for travel time prediction is built based on Hadoop,and the key function modules are also designed and implemented.Summary of the paper is made in the seventh chapter in which problems and future research direction are put forward combined with the in-depth development of the project.Centering on the problem of bus GPS data mining for travel time prediction,research on related technology and methods is carried out for the application of data mining technology in the system,of which the conclusions and achievements are of important reference values for the implementation of the application oriented bus GPS data mining system.
