In the modern society,computing methods obtained from biological inspiration are continuously accumulated by people.At the same time, along with the further understanding of biological systems, the immune system has received more attention from scientists and researchers, and artificial immune become an important research direction as a result. In the past few decades, through the tireless efforts of scientific research personnel, difficulties have been tackled and great breakthroughs have been made. The complexity of the immune system is no less than human brain, which can be called the second brain. Although there are more scientific research on to it, the immune system has its own uniqueness:besides the essential forming of the immune systems, their statuses and functions are vastly different among people. In addition, the experiment of the environment of the immune system is also a difficulty, as a result of which some theories of the immune system cannot be directly proved and reproduced. In fact, there are tremendous differences of opinions among many scientists and researchers about the understanding of the immune mechanisms and immune processes, which all have their limitations.The traditional lab environment based on existing technologies and theories has been unable to simulate the human environment more appropriately, while doing experiments on the human body is infeasible neither. Meanwhile, compared with petri dish environment, simulating the immune system with computer models is more intelligent and at the same time computer models have the merits of high accuracy, high stability, and low cost advantages. Taking these into consideration, setting up an artificial immune model is not only a great breakthrough for the high simulation of human environment and immunology, but also a new way for researches of intelligent systems.Java3D is a three-dimensional graphics expansion achieved by Java language, and it is the application-programming interface. Setting up computer models of the human body similar to the inner environment with Java 3D computer models and computer simulation methods can make the immune system a more perfect model. The structure and behavior of the system model can be established by using unified Modeling Language, UML, to describe the objects, behaviors and relationships in the system, and drawing out the case diagrams, class diagrams, etc. of the system. A more accurate model of the system can be achieved by the combination of Java3D technology and the use of the Unified Modeling.Immune swarm intelligence model is the simulation based on the subject, which has good prospects in the field of biology. This paper, using 3D technology, visualizes the immune system model combined with swarm intelligence method, and develops an immune simulation system using java application according to the model based on the subject of the immune system. The influenza virus-related data and the discussion of the parameters afterwards determine the reasonableness of the system.In the study of the immune system and its simulation, some algorithms, which can be applied to the work, have been found. After a further understanding and study of the immune structure optimization, we can apply it to the product design. Many functional modules exist in product design. Structural optimization has a strong reference for the correct selection and application of functional modules and for their stay in company’s function library. This paper applies immune optimization algorithm to the functional modules screening process, and then encodes and compares the adaptation before and after the algorithm application. It afterwards concludes that the immune optimization algorithm has obvious advantages in product design and function module series and can provide new reference for the Internet products design.To sum up, this paper will make use of the theory of the immune system combined with computer technology and apply them to practical problems, thus to achieve the preliminary results expected in order to create possibility for the next stage of the research. In the end, conclusion and expectation of the main contents of the paper and the future research work will be made and discussed.
