ProfiBus is a field bus technology for data communication,control and monitoring in the automation factory.It consists of PA,DP and FMS, ProfiBus-DP is a widely used communication standards for dispersive I/O and control system.But,in the process of equipment installation and commissioning,there will always be some problems that need to be solved by our experience and check.It may use foreign expensive equipments,so,it's time-consuming and laborious, brings economic losses to the enterprises.This paper studied the Profi Bus-DP protocol depth.With the system of FreeRTOS,light TCP/IP network protocol Lw IP and WebServer as the technical support,we propose a display scheme for the fault information of fieldbus equipment.The purpose is provide the fault information can be shown to the debug personnel real-time and accurate.Also,it's convenience to monitor the underlying device remotely,and it can greatly improve the working efficiency of the staff.In this paper,according to the process of fault information detection and actual functional requirements,we designed a hardware platform with the chip of STM32F407 that based on Cortex-M4 architecture.On this basis,throuth transplantation of FreeRTOS operating system, Lw IP network protocol and build Web server, etc.,we described the work principle and operation mode of each part of the system in detail, and focus on the data conversion process between ProfiBus-DP and Ethernet.Finally,the data communication test is carried out for the system.The innovation of this paper:this fault information display system similar to the protocol analyzer in function,it connects the bus and Ethernet.But the system is "transparent" for each station.It can receive all the data on the bus, but it can not send and it has no address;Secondly, the system can analysis the received data packets, obtain the information of the system, and pass all the information received by the Ethernet so that the staff can monitoring the equipment conveniently.
