The Design And Implementation Of Party Members' Information Management System—A Case Experiment Of JIYANG VANGUARD

Party member management is one of the most basic jobs of the Party organization.The present way of Party member management with the characteristics of heavy workloads,complicated content and inefficiency will cause some problem,including missing information and so on.Furthermore,the large amount of information of party members has greatly increased the difficulty of daily management.The exploitation and apply of information management system has made the Party member management convenient,fast and in the same time,secure.In this paper,the management system of the pioneer party members in Jiyang has done a detailed and specific design and implementation by analyzing the needs of Party members' management roundly and deeply.The main modules of the system include the Jiyang Street portal website(Jiyang vanguard),the Party member-cadre management information system,the vanguard index evaluation system and the community serving Party member management system.The party information management system not only is used for the management of Party members,but also has the communication module between the party organization and the party members,which is convenient for the party members to contact with the party organization.System portal website is geared to the needs of the masses,in order to make the masses know more information about Party.The system also has the Party member assessment module,which is one of the important modules of the system.Assessment module can assess Party members' work performance,which provides a standard for evaluating the work quality of Party members.The system has been applied in the streets of Jiyang.The results of system test and practical application show that the design and implementation of the system can not only meet the needs of the Party organization for the information management of Party members but greatly improve the efficiency of management,at the same time,strengthened the relationship between the Party and the masses.Therefore,it has great significance to improve the management efficiency of the party members by using the information management mode referred in the article.
