Design And Implementation Of The Municipal Power Company Transformer Areas Metering Graphic Management System

In recent years,power has been widely used in various fields driving force, lighting, chemical, textile, telecommunications, broadcasting,etc.Power promotes the development of science and technology, makes the people's economic leap forward. Growing demand for electricity, making transformer areas power supply will be greatly increased. Traditional extensive power management methods, work tedious, inefficient, with the further development of electric power reform, electric power marketing has become more and more attention. This paper aims to design a management system, to achieve information sharing between departments,effective management of data, strengthen the graphical management of the measuring instruments, category management and dynamic management,and ultimately, ultimately improve the efficiency and level of the whole power supply company to the transformer areas management.The main contents of this paper include principle and implementation of image pretreatment,imagerecognition area location, image character segmentation,character recognition based on template matching algorithm.The main works of the paper are shown as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the transformer areas management statusof the Yunnan, we can know the important role of the electric energy meter image automatic recognition function in the process of the transformer areas management.(2)Image segmentation and image character recognition and other digital image processing methods are studied and analyzed, and select the image gray, global threshold method, edge detection and other technologies, to solve the power meter image processing image processing, binarization processing,identification and location of the key issues, so as to determine the power meter digital image processing process.(3)According to the basic information of the identification for the power meter, achieving the automatic connection between the upload pictures and the users, reduce the workload of the staff, but also improve the system management efficiency.
