| Educational equity is an important foundation of social equity, and it is the national basic education policy. Through the national funding to help students from economically disadvantaged families accept the education, to help students from economically disadvantaged families pass the tough times, is the essential requirements of achieving stability of the state and building of a harmonious socialist society. So that the economic aid work of students in the economic difficulties is convenient and transparent to complete, which has became an important issue to be addressed. This paper designed and achieved education funding system that reduce the hidden dangers caused by the operator misuse to the lowest and improve the work efficiency of the Fund staff greatly and at the same time reduce operation cost and ensure the authenticity of data to make the funded work complete transparency based on clustering algorithm.The main problem of the existing K-means clustering algorithm is that the generated noise is too large and the central point is usually generated by local optimal solutions. In this paper, in view of the above problems, the genetic algorithm is introduced to optimize the selection process of cluster centers, and on this basis this paper proposes a k-means clustering algorithm based on improved genetic algorithm. On the one hand, the improved k-means clustering algorithm adopts the first genetic algorithm to realize the optimization of the clustering center, and through the analysis of the genetic population groups of individuals to determine the number of Genetic Center; on the other hand, it processes one cluster with the individual as the center, getting the double genetic algorithm fitness of individuals to determine the cluster centers of the global optimal solution.Firstly, the research background and significance of the paper illustrates the necessity of designing an education funding system based on clustering algorithm;secondly, the paper introduces the theory of clustering algorithm and correlation analysis, providing a basis for data mining clustering algorithm and clustering classification algorithm needed by putting forward to grant teaching qualifications;thirdly, the in the process, it analyzes the basic business needs of funding center system and the system functional requirements in the process of demand analysis; in addition, according to the demand analysis, the system database design, systemdetailed design and clustering algorithm based on data clustering algorithm are provided; finally, the paper shows the funding system of Education Department about system design, and the system achieves the desired function request through the test. |
