Reliability refers to the ability of productto complete the required function under the specified conditions and within the specified time. Analysis and Calculation of reliability index is an important parameter to measure the product reliability. Traditional reliability index is calculated by completion of the experiment, such as the vibration test, the temperature change experiment.The reliability of product obtains by analyzing the results of experiment. As manyanalysis software involving reliability calculations and complexcalculate process, resulting in long test cycle, low efficiency, cannot be achieved quickly, automation requires reliability index calculation. In this paper, reliability analysis and calculation based onelectromechanical components modeled, this article designs and develops for vibration and temperature change environmental reliability analysis and collaborative computing platform, the platform consists of two parts,one is the Android mobile data collection system and the others is reliability computing platformssystem.Two systemshave solved the following two questions:(1) Android mobile data collection systemproposes the mobile data collection model based on electromechanical components.The system makes an analysis on the reliability of experimental data collection processes and puts forward the design idea and the target of mobile data collection. This text designs system's frame, functional architecture, data flow and network communications, and gives detailed description of the system development process configuration files and some key classes. This paper hascompleted the development of Android mobile data collection system finally.(2) The reliability index of electromechanical components is the target of reliability computing platformssystem. Based on the system's demands, architecture design and function modules, the paper determine the overall design of computing platforms. The article details in MATLAB mixed programming with C # language and ANSYS simulation software for secondary development. System with Visual Studio 2012 for developing platform and integrates numerical software MATLAB and finite element analysis software ANSYS. Platform consists of four modules, namely: Test object modules, test simulation module, uncertainty analysis module and the reliability calculation module. Followed by four modules designed geometry, material properties mesh and applied load and other processes, forming a complete reliability calculation process. Calculation method improved and efficiency has been improved to achieve the reliability index calculation parameters, automation and visualization, reducing operating personnel calculation software for analysis of operational requirements.
