With the development of sensor technology, information processing technology and computer technology, all-weather aircraft flight becoming possible. The biggest problem faced by aircraft flying weather during the flight due to degradation of the visual environment often face, causing the pilot was unable to observe the surrounding environment, and therefore prone to accidents. In order to solve the pilots degraded visual environment visual adverse conditions, we propose a scene degraded visual environment heterologous fusion technology that helps pilots clearly observed obstacles encountered during flight, providing route information to help avoid a collision Wait. In this paper, we do the following work and exploration:1?The status quo at home and abroad heterologous fusion technology scene under degraded visual environments were studied, focusing on the production and the type of degraded visual environment, classification of a variety of sensors, differences and characteristics of the conventional image fusion algorithm research and improve our work, and completed the overall design scheme under degraded visual environments heterologous scene fusion system and implementation steps.2?Utilization of 3D modeling software to create large terrain and many types of scenarios designed to study the three-dimensional scene observation mode dynamic possibilities and methods, and how to achieve the three-dimensional scene of real-time sensor simulation.3?Study a variety of heterologous image fusion technology, multi-source information fusion technology, and the integration of technology by heterologous scene degraded visual environments, including infrared image fusion, image fusion laser radar technology and millimeter wave radar image fusion technology etc., to solve the problem of aircraft flight safety.4? To study the use of heterologous sensor fusion technology to extract terrain or obstructions in the scene, specific object) extracted features include: a specific area, the ridge line, contour lines, land areas and landmarks, threat, track, route, extract and highlighting the process.5?Study the aerial imagery and three-dimensional terrain fusion technologies, including global fusion technology, local interest in regional integration technology. Heterologous fusion also studied video fusion technology.Through the study of the above techniques, we complete the implementation of the next scene degraded visual environment heterologous fusion software, the software can display three-dimensional terrain fusion, basic fusion algorithm shows, heterologous fusion scene as well as through heterologous scene fusion technology to extract work obstacles extraction, feature and objectives.
