Influence Mechanism Of Structure Factor On Electrical Performance Of Conformal Load Bearing Antenna

Conformal load bearing antenna is a kind of novel antenna which can be embed RF functional part of traditional antenna into the structure of platforms. Conformal load bearing antenna has wide application prospect because of its characteristics of multifunction and high integration of structure and circuit. Conformal load bearing antenna is usually a multilayer composite structure. However, due to its high density, dislocation?deformation and other manufacturing defects which affect antenna's electrical performance generate easily during the forming process. In order to reveal this relationship, this paper analyzes the influence of structural parameters and dislocation on antenna's electrical performance.Firstly, this thesis studies the influence of the height of honeycomb and the thickness of the skin on electrical properties of conformal load bearing antenna with honeycomb sandwich structure using finite element method. It gets the influence law of structural parameters on antenna's gain and standing-wave ratio. It provide basis for the design of conformal load bearing antenna. Secondly, this paper studies the influence of dislocation on the transmission characteristics of vertical interconnect structure. Besides, electrical experiments have been carried out to verify the accuracy of analysis results. It provide a basis for determining manufacturing factors reasonably. Finally, the paper studies backplane connector which is part of conformal load bearing antenna. It analyzes the influence of pin distance on backplane connector's electrical characteristics. A prediction method based on least square vector machine is proposed to predict the electrical properties of the backplane connector, which make the predication and analysis of backplane connector's electrical performance come true.
