With the development of Beidou satellite navigation system, navigation terminal devices are becoming smaller and smaller. As a key part of navigation terminal devices, the research on the miniaturization of navigation antennas is becoming increaseingly important.In this paper, a low-noise-amplifier module operating in 1258.29-1278.75 MHz is designed with high gain and low noise figure to meet the requirement of Beidou satellite navigation system. The LNA module is composed of FET ATF-54143, low-noise-amplifier chip MGA-86563 and SAW filter TA0862 A, and RF circuit simulation software as ADS is adopted to analyze the characters of LNA module. The results show that the gain of LNA module is above 35.3d B,the noise figure is below 0.3d B,and the VSWR is less than 1.2?A virtually shorted patch antenna with four coupled shorting pins is presented in this paper by integrating slots and short pins. In order to enhance the bandwidth of the patch antenna, the electromagnetic coupling feed technology is employed. A ? shaped patch as a new kind of feed structure is designed making it easy to achieve impedance matching. The proposed virtually shorted antenna is about 60% compact in size as compared to a conventional microstrip antenna realized over the same substrate. In addition, for the improvement of the gain of navigation antenna, an active integrated antenna is designed by integrating the LNA module and patch antenna.The satellite navigation system is quite vulnerable to all kinds of jammers, and the adaptive anti-jamming array is generally adopted in military systems to address this drawback. Three patch antennas introduced before are used to form an adaptive anti-jamming array, and characters of the array are analyzed.
