Research And Application Of Image Annotation System Based On Contents Retrieval

With the construction of smart security, image data is gradually increased, and leading to the problems of large storage occupation, low resource utilization and low data correlation.Around the business requirements of security image data, this paper finished the work of image data collection, and implemented the semantic annotation of image data; at the same time, image data annotation system was designed and implemented with big data platform as the support.The main work of the thesis includes:1. Analysis of the key technology of image data annotation, focuses on the research of image annotation method, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different annotation methods.2. Proposed image annotation model, namely the scene semantic annotation model,as the model supports the image annotation; and the model is applied to the security image data annotation system. Experiments show that the image data in the retrieval process using this model, can obtain a higher recall and precision data, and improved the related degree with other structured data.3. Analyses the characteristics of security image data, using HBASE and HDFS components to provide support for data storage. Using Map Reduce computing framework to provide support for distributed parallel computing.4. Design and implement the prototype of image data annotation system, completed the coding work of the proposed model and algorithm, and on this basis,completed the image annotation, image retrieval and image push.Search results based on our system can be used to realize the protection of specific areas of security and the image data can be used as post-marked data to support other smart city systems, which are of great significance for the entire smart city project. The use of smart city big data platform can enhance the high reliability of image data storage for large data and the efficiency of data distributed processing. The system has provided a guarantee for large data, mobile networks and image annotation application management services industry in the city.
