Since entering twenty-first Century,with the continuous improvement of scientific level,more and more researchers have begun to pay attention to scientific instruments,especially in the micro fluidic chip.In order to make the equipment more miniaturization and integration,as soon as possible to achieve personalized and family oriented.People on the fluid fast and effective mixing of a lot of theoretical and experimental research.Firstly,according to the phyllotaxis and fluid mixing theory,this paper put forward three different structures of phyllotactic channel micro mixer,including the end structure,columnar structure,unfold structure.The influence on micro cylindrical configuration form of a number of factors is analyzed,such as phyllotaxis coefficient,the diameter of micro cylindrical and the arrangement of micro cylindrical.The manufacturing process of the new mixing channel has been designed based on metal etching principle and electroplating technology.And micro mixer with different parameters also have been designed by using 3D modeling software Unigraphics NX.Secondly,this paper presented a simulation to the flow state of the mixed fluid in the mixing channel by FLUENT.The simulation results show that mixed fluid flow uniformly in mixing zone of mixing channel with phyllotactic pattern,and more uniformly than other micro cylindrical arrangement micro mixer..Then,mixing channel was fabricated based on the manufacturing process which has been designed before.The key step is the preparation of corrosion protection layer with phyllotactic pattern,the fabrication of the micro cylindrical with phyllotactic pattern.The corrosion protection layer with phyllotactic pattern was fabricated by lithography technology,the mixing channel with phyllotactic pattern was fabricated by electrolytic etching method,the mixed channel and the upper and lower cover plate are fabricated,and the mixing performance is prepared.Finally,this paper set the mixing experiment platform,carried out mixing performance tests of micro mixer with phyllotactic pattern.The mixing performance tests including the different phyllotaxis coefficient,micro cylindrical diameter,arrangement of micro cylindrical,injection speed of micro mixer influenced on mixing performance.The results show that by changing the phyllotaxis coefficient,micro cylindrical diameter,the arrangement of micro cylindrical can achieve optimization of micro mixer;and select the appropriate injection speed can achieve good mixing performance of micro mixer;micro mixer with phyllotactic pattern is superior to other micro cylindrical arrangement in mixing performance.
