By means of social and technological progress, people's living conditions have been greatly improved, the medical and health conditions have been greatly improved too. People pay more attention to health, aging society becomes more prominent. Heart disease and cardiovascular disease as the two killers harm the elderly that is gradually strengthened, acute illness need timely perception, chronic diseases require early prevention. Wearable smart clothing has low price, easy to wear, diverse physiological information captured which has been greatly developed. It can sense the body's electrocardio data, and uploads them to the flat for real-time display, and the measured data can also be uploaded to the cloud server for parallel processing.The system combines the use of a conductive fiber material, networking and electronic circuit technology, so that the smart clothing worn by the human body is comfortable, functional and low power consumption. On the state of motion, smart clothing is very easy to mix motion artifact, in order to remove interference signal and motion artifact, we optimize the EMD algorithm to speed up the implementation process of filtering, get suitable QRS algorithm for smart clothing, design ECG real-time Analysis System which is used to display related physiological information and compute simple physiological parameters. In order to facilitate storing and analysing of data got from smart clothing, data will be uploaded and HRV will be calculated by GPU.Identify the relative better version of smart clothing through testing and analysis. Combine the algorithm of optimized EMD and QRS, we not only speed up the process of filtering, but also improve the sensitivity and positive predictivity of QRS. In order to quickly calculate HRV and other physiological parameters, reasonable evaluate people's health, GPU will be used for HRV time domain calculation, and gets 38 times acceleration compared with traditional serial method.
