With the continuous development of information technology, cloud storage plays a vital role in information transfer and share among medical system depending on its advantages such as high transfer speed, good sharing capability, high storage capacity, low cost, convenient access and dynamic interconnection, etc. The medical cloud system not only provides great convenience for doctors and patients, but also can help patients control their illness better. But at the same time, the data security problem of the users in the medical cloud system becomes more and more visible. How to make the cloud system more secure and efficient will be the research emphasis of this article. This thesis proposed the attributebased encryption medical cloud system which effectively realized data protection of medical cloud system.In this thesis, the author propose a more secure and efficient medical cloud system based on the access control features of the ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption(CP-ABE) scheme. In this system, only doctors who meets the patient's requirements can decode and diagnose. Disqualified doctors cannot decode and diagnose. Thus, the system can fully guarantee the privacy of the patients. And the author also propose two schemes to improve the operation efficiency of the system. First, adjust and improve the authentication access structure in attribute-based encryption scheme to increase efficiency. Second, introduce multithreading to the system and realize parallel computation to increase efficiency. At last, the author verify the effectiveness of the above two methods through experiments. In this thesis, the medical cloud system has the following features:1) Security. The patients can limit the access permissions of the doctor because of the CPABE scheme, therefore the system can fully guarantee the privacy of the patients.2) Convenience. Our system not only help doctors to realize the remote diagnosis for patients, but also makes it possible for multiple doctors to diagnose a single patient because of the system USES medical cloud data sharing platform. In this way, it provides doctors and patients with great convenience, and it can help patients control their illness better.3) Efficiency. In this article, the author analyzes it can enhance the system efficiency by adjusting access judgment structure of the attribute-based encryption scheme and making parallel computation through multithreading.In this thesis, the constructed scheme based on the attribute-based encryption and medical cloud can makes the scheme have advantages of keep data safe and efficient and convenient.So the cloud system has the very good extension. And it can also apply to most of medical scenarios, in the development of the medical enterprise play an important role.
